If you have been working on one of Opinion Capital's surveys and believe that an issue has occurred, follow these steps to report it.

Inside the Opinion Capital, click the "Contact Us" button at the top of the page. It is a dark pink button to the right hand side of the page.

Fill in the form discussing the issue you are experiencing. In the message box, explain what survey it was about, how long it took you, the date and time you completed it, why you think you completed it instead of just getting disqualified or screened out, and how much you think you were supposed to be credited for the survey. If you have screenshots, be sure to include them. All of these details will aide the Opinion Capital team in determining the issue.

By following these steps, you will be able to provide the Opinion Capital team with all the information they need to investigate and resolve any issue you are having with one of their surveys.
