How To File A Dispute
If you're having an issue with an advertiser not receiving payment after you've completed a task or offer, please file a dispute in the My Submissions tab. This is the best way to ensure a speedy resolution to the situation.

What Happens Next?
The advertiser has 10 days to respond to the dispute you've filed. If the advertiser does not reply within this time period, please send us a support ticket with your proof of completion.
