Submitting a Support Request

AdGem provides support for all its services through email, and contact our Support Team with any questions you may have.

You can also contact AdGem support directly by sending an email to [email protected].

Offer Issues

If you have any issues completing an offer in AdGem's platform we may not be able to help you. This is because we don't have the information on the offer and we do not have the confirmation from the advertiser that the offer was completed properly.

We host these services for you to earn, but we have no control over them.

If you have any issues completing an offer, the offer provider will need at least 30 days to investigate what happened and to reward you.

Account Ban

If your AdGem screen looks like this:

It means your account has been banned by AdGem. To investigate further, please contact AdGem.
