Disputes in task tab are the way to get compensated if you believe you have done the task correctly and advertiser wrongly rejects the task you submitted.

Open a dispute in the task tab, give a proper and correct explanation that why you think your submitted task was wrongly rejected.

The dispute will be sent to the advertiser, if the advertiser rejects the dispute, you will have the option to send it to the TimeBucks staff or if the advertiser doesn't respond to the dispute in 7 days it will automatically be sent to TimeBucks staff for review.

Decision made by TimeBucks staff would be final.

Making false disputes to try cheat the system will result in your account being disabled.

You will then see this while the staff member contacts the advertiser to verify your claim.

If your claim is rejected, you will see this.

If you go into your Earn/Tasks/Disputes you will find

A staff member will look at what you provided, and compare with all other proofs other users have sent that have been approved, they will make the final decision.

The result from the TimeBucks staff member is Final.
