The first timer is the cutoff time. If you have any pending money, it needs to be in your TimeBucks wallet before this time expires. Without having at least $5 in your wallet, you won't be able to have a successful verification.

The second countdown timer you see is the cashout time. This timer tells you when you can anticipate to receive your pending money.
