Sometimes you may receive the "budget expired" message while using our platform. Unfortunately, this cannot be avoided.

When you open the "Tasks" tab on our platform, if a campaign has a budget available, it will be displayed. However, by the time you scroll down and read through the available tasks, other users may already be filling up that campaign, and it may be full by the time you click "View". At this point, we will check again, but you may see the message "campaign is expired" or "campaign is locked".

If you find that you are frequently receiving this message, please contact our customer service team for advice on how to reduce the chances of encountering this problem. If a campaign appears to be full, try selecting a different task or campaign where you can use your available budget.
