Payments are sent out every Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday at 23:59:59 using server time, which is equivalent to New York time. In order to receive a payment, you must meet certain requirements.

invoices are drawn up 4 hours before the payments are due to be sent.

To check when the next payrun is, simply look at the header or the footer of your dashboard. It will display the amount of time left before the next payment is sent out.

Once you have met these requirements, your payment will be sent out. However, please note that payments can take up to 24 hours to reach you. If you have not received your payment after this time, please wait until after the 24-hour mark before contacting support for assistance.
