š§¾ If you havenāt received your reward after completing an offer
Wait up to 24 hours first.
Some offers take time to track from the advertiser to TimeBucks.Check your TimeBucks History page.
Go to your dashboard ā click Earnings ā Offer History (or āTasks Historyā).
If the offer shows as pending, it means the advertiser hasnāt confirmed completion yet.
If no reward appears after 24 hours:
Go back to the site where you completed the offer (the offerwall).
Click the āMissing Creditā, āReport Issueā, or āHelpā button for that specific offer.
Fill out the form with any proof you have ā like screenshots, confirmation emails, or completion IDs.
Contact the offerwall support (not TimeBucks).
Each offerwall (e.g. AdGem, OfferToro, BitLabs, etc.) has its own support team that reviews your completion.
They are the only ones who can confirm or credit a missing reward.
Once they approve it, the reward will automatically appear in your TimeBucks balance.
If the offerwall confirms payment but you still donāt see it, then contact TimeBucks Support with:
The offer name,
The date you completed it, and
A screenshot of the offerwall confirmation.
ā ļø Why TimeBucks canāt credit it directly
TimeBucks doesnāt control the tracking or payment side of partner offers ā the reward is sent to them only after the advertiser or offerwall verifies that you met all requirements.

Hi, I completed the [offer name] on [date] through TimeBucks but havenāt received the reward yet. Hereās a screenshot showing completion. Could you please check and confirm the status of my submission? Thank you.
