VPN / PROXY / IP MASKING – ACCOUNT BAN FAQ

❓ Why are VPNs, proxies, or IP masking not allowed?

The use of VPNs, proxies, hosting services, or any technology designed to hide, alter, or misrepresent your true IP address or location is strictly prohibited under our Terms of Service.

These systems mask your real identity by routing your connection through external servers, meaning the platform sees a different IP address instead of your genuine connection.

This prevents us from verifying that:

  • You are a legitimate user

  • You are accessing the platform from an eligible location

  • Your activity is genuine and not part of fraudulent behaviour

❓ What is considered a VPN, proxy, or spoofed connection?

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • VPN services that encrypt and reroute your traffic

  • Proxy servers (HTTP, SOCKS, anonymous proxies)

  • Hosting or datacenter IP addresses (VPS, cloud servers)

  • Remote desktop or relay connections

  • IP masking tools or browser-based VPNs

  • Frequent location switching or “impossible travel” patterns

All of the above hide your real IP address by routing traffic through another system, making it appear as though you are connecting from a different location.

❓ Why is this strictly enforced?

Reward and survey platforms rely on accurate user verification. When a connection is masked:

  • Advertisers cannot trust the traffic

  • Location-based eligibility cannot be verified

  • Multiple accounts and fraudulent activity become easier

For these reasons, such behaviour is treated as high-risk and abusive, regardless of intent.

These rules exist to:

  • Maintain platform integrity

  • Prevent fraud and multi-accounting

  • Ensure fair rewards for legitimate users

❓ Why was my account banned?

Your account has been permanently banned after our systems detected connection activity consistent with the use of:

  • VPN or proxy services

  • Hosting/datacenter IP addresses

  • Other IP masking or spoofing methods

Accounts accessed through these methods are considered non-genuine connections and are not permitted on the platform.

❓ I was not intentionally using a VPN — how can this happen?

In some cases, users may unknowingly trigger detection due to:

  • ISP routing through flagged IP ranges

  • Shared or public networks

  • Browser extensions or “privacy” tools

  • Mobile networks using proxy routing

  • Corporate or hosted connections

However, regardless of intent, connections that cannot be verified as genuine are treated as violations due to the associated risk.

❓ Can my account be restored?

Due to the severity of these violations, accounts flagged for VPN/proxy or IP masking activity are not eligible for reinstatement.

This policy is enforced to protect the platform, its users, and its partners from fraudulent or unverifiable traffic.

❗ Important Notice

Our systems continuously monitor:

  • IP reputation

  • Network behaviour

  • Location consistency

  • Device and connection integrity

Any attempt to bypass these controls will result in:

  • Immediate account restriction or ban

  • Blocking of associated accounts

  • Prevention of future registrations using the same data

⚖️ Final Statement

This decision has been made based on verified system data and in accordance with our Terms of Service.

Use of VPNs, proxies, or any method of disguising your true connection is a direct violation and will result in permanent account action.
