PayPal Payment Processing
Yes, We use a middleman to process PayPal payments. The middleman we use is Tremendous.com. This service is capable of processing PayPal payments in most countries of the world. Once you have initiated the payment request, you should receive an email from them with instructions on how to proceed.
If you do not receive an email from Tremendous.com, there are a few steps you can take to troubleshoot the issue. First, you can go to Tremendous.com and click on the blue icon on the bottom right of the screen. Select "I need help with a reward I received" and Tremendous support will talk to you directly.
Alternatively, you can go to https://tremendous.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/requests/new. Make sure to include the "transactionID" number, which is the number you can see on the "Payments" tab under "Amount Received".
