What to do if you think your account was unfairly banned

We take the safety, security and enjoyment of our users very seriously and in extreme circumstances, your account can be banned. If you think your account was banned unfairly, there are a few steps that you can take.

Contact Customer Support

If you truly believe your account was banned and you did not break any of the rules, you can contact Customer Support and plead your case. Please keep in mind that we track absolutely everything and we know exactly where your traffic comes from, so if you are lying we will see it straight away.

No second chances.

Explain Your Situation

Include as many details as possible in your explanation of why your account was unfairly banned. You may also include evidence if you have it (such as screenshots, records or other documents).
