Troubleshooting Downloaded Mobile Apps

If you are having difficulty downloading applications for your mobile device, we have some steps that you can follow to fix the issue.

Install Apps Tab

The first step to take is to open the Install Apps tab. Once the tab is open, take a look at the list of apps. If the app you were attempting to download is listed, please do not download the app again, simply click the green Install button. Doing this allows us to track which advertiser the app came from.

After clicking the Install button, send an email to support with a screenshot of the app downloaded on your phone.
