What should I do if I'm unable to create a Timebucks account due to an IP restriction?

TimeBucks restricts users to one account per IP address. This is a security measure to keep accounts safe and secure. However, if there is someone on the same network or connection as you that is already signed up to TimeBucks, you may get the error message that an account already exists.

If you are encountering this issue, we have a few suggestions on how to proceed.

Request An IP Exemption

If you encounter this error, you can submit a support ticket to TimeBucks and include your public IP address. To get your public IP address, simply go to https://www.google.com.au/search?q=whats+my+ip. Our team will review your situation and may be able to grant your account an IP exemption.

Change Your Network Connection

If you want to create an account, you'll need to get a new network connection with a different IP address. You can try rebooting your router to get a different IP address or connect to a different Wi-Fi network if one is available.

Summary

TimeBucks restricts users to one account per IP address. However if there is someone on the same network or connection as you that signed up to TimeBucks, you will receive this error. If you want to create an account, please submit a support ticket with your public IP address which you can get from here https://www.google.com.au/search?q=whats+my+ip.
