Troubleshooting Offer Issues

Sometimes, users have difficulty completing offers within the Super Rewards offerwall. If you find yourself in this situation, no need to worry! You can easily get help resolving the issue.

Contact Support for Troubleshooting

If an offer does not credit to your account, the first thing to do is to contact Super Rewards support. To do this, simply navigate to the offerwall and click on the blue "Get Help" link.

Once you are in the offerwall, next to the offer that did not credit, click "Help" again. This should bring up a form where you can fill out your contact information and a description of the issue. After submitting the form, support will contact you directly to help troubleshoot the offer.

Go into the Super Rewards offerwall and click on the blue "Get Help" link, then next to the offer that did not credit click Help again and fill out the form. They will contact you directly about this.
