What is a disqualification credit?

Being disqualified from a survey is never an ideal experience, but luckily a lot of survey companies will offer a small disqualification credit instead of a survey completion reward.

It sounds like you were disqualified and received a small disqualification credit. This can happen if the answers you put in were not accepted by the survey provider, or the quality of your answers was poor, or the survey budget ran out.

A disqualification credit is a small reward which survey companies provide to customers who were disqualified or hit a screen-out from taking a survey to make up for their time and effort.

Disqualification credits can range from a nominal amount like a few cents to a few points collected within the survey company’s reward system.

What should I do if I receive a disqualification credit?

When a survey is completed and a disqualification credit is provided, it will normally take up to 48-72 hours for us to credit your account with your reward.
