Rounding Up Payments: Why is My Account Balance in the Negative?

When processing payments, we are not able to send amounts with more than two decimals after the decimal point.

This means that if we owe you $0.007, it will be rounded up to $0.01. This, in turn, means that we will overpay you by $0.003, resulting in an account balance in the negative.

If you experience an account balance in the negative, rest assured that it is due to a payment that we have sent being rounded up.
