What if I referred someone but didn't get paid?

If you referred someone and didn't get paid for the referral, there are two possible explanations. They either haven't completed any task or didn't sign up to the platform using your referral link.

Unfortunately, you aren't paid a fixed up front fee for invoking referrals. Instead, you receive commission on the tasks the person you referred completes.

If the person you referred completed some tasks, but you didn't receive commissions, they may not have signed up using your referral link. Contact our Support Center to verify whether your referral link was used.
