Updating Your Email Address in Support Tickets
Having trouble updating the email address associated with your support ticket? Don't worry, updating your details is easy.
What you need to do
Before submitting a new support ticket, simply enter your new email address into the ticket. This will ensure that support can send replies and other notifications to your new address. It’s important to do this for every new ticket you submit.
Remember: If you do not enter your new email address into the ticket, you will not receive the reply or any other notifications from support.
Example
For example, if your email address has changed from [email protected] to [email protected], make sure you enter [email protected] into the appropriate field of the ticket.
Before you submit a support ticket, make sure you enter your new email address into the support ticket, otherwise we can't reply to your old email!
