Unusual offer payments can be held for 30 days.

If you have earned less than $100 and do an unusual offer, we may hold payments for 30 days in case of chargebacks. We do this to protect our advertisers and ourselves from fraud, as our industry has the highest amount of fraud worldwide. If you did your offers legitimately, you wouldn't have to worry about it.

When payments are held, you will receive a notification via email. So that you know, your payment has been on hold for 30 days from the date of this notification.

This means you may get invoiced and show a pending payment, but it will not be sent until after 30 days, in line with all other payments.

We are not accusing you of fraud. We are simply taking precautionary measures to ensure the safety of our clients and business. We apologise for any inconvenience this may have caused, and we appreciate your patience in this matter.
