Unusual Offer Payments Can Be Held for 30 Days
At our company, we take fraud prevention very seriously. As a result, we may hold payments for 30 days if you have completed an unusual offer. This is to protect both our advertisers and ourselves from potential chargebacks. Unfortunately, our industry has the highest amount of fraud worldwide, so we must take extra precautions to ensure the safety of our business.
If you have completed your offers legitimately, you have nothing to worry about. However, if you have received a notification that your payment has been held, please know that this is a standard procedure and does not mean that we are accusing you of fraud.
When your payment is held, you will receive an email notification. This notification will inform you that your payment has been on hold for 30 days from the date of the email. This means that your payment may show as pending on your invoice, but it will not be sent until after the 30-day hold period.
We understand that this may be an inconvenience for you, and we apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. However, please know that we are simply taking precautionary measures to ensure the safety of our clients and our business. We appreciate your patience and understanding in this matter.
