Understanding Payment Time and Troubleshooting

Every week, TimeBucks will automatically send an email when you are due for a payment. This email will be sent on the day payment is due, which is around Wednesday 11:59:59 PM New York time.

Keep in mind, this email may end up in your spam folder or in another folder, so make sure you check all your inbox folders to see if the email was sent.

If you do not see the payment confirmation email, contact us and we will be able to cancel the payment and reattempt it the following week.

It is useful to use this time to check all the settings in your TimeBucks account and the payment method you have chosen are correct. To do this, open your account settings and review the payment settings.
