Why do I get the message "Survey not available"?
Have you ever gone to take a survey and receive the message "Survey not available"? You're not alone! This happens all the time, and there's a simple explanation for it.
The survey limit is set for a specific number of users, for example, 1000. When the max limit, for example 1000, is reached, any additional users are met with the "Survey not available" message.
Unfortunately, this happens often. For example, if the survey requires 1000 users to complete it, the count down will reduce as users complete it. If 999 people have already completed it, only one more is required to meet the max. If 5 users had already started this survey, only the first one to finish would be considered complete; the other four would be met with the "Survey not available" message.
