Did not receive the verification email

If you tried to sign up with an email address but did not receive the verification email, it could be because your email server has blocked or bounced one of timebucks or any of our affiliate's emails back to the sender.

The quickest way to resolve this is to create a new email address and log in to your account. From there, you can use the chat icon on the bottom right of the screen to ask support to change your email address.

Please be sure to provide your full name and a working email when filling out the chat form. Support will require this information to properly link your account credentials to your new email address.
