Understanding Chargebacks

If you use surveys or offers to make money through our platform, you may occasionally come across a chargeback. A chargeback occurs when one of the surveys or offers that you've completed and received payment for has been reviewed and determined to not be eligible for payment. When this happens, the reward for that task will be returned.

What Happens When You Get A Chargeback?

When you experience a chargeback, you'll likely find that your total or additional points have become negative. This is because the reward for the survey or offer has been taken back. As a result, the amount of reward that was initially given to you is no longer part of your balance.

Moving Forward

It is our sincere hope that you have better luck with future surveys and offers and that you are not met with any further chargebacks. If you have any questions or concerns about chargebacks, please reach out to us via the Help Center and we'll be happy to assist you. Thank you for using our platform.

If you're finding that you've had a negative total or additional negative points, you have had a chargeback. This means that a survey or offer you've worked on and received payment for has been reviewed and determined to have yet to be suitable for payment. Unfortunately, this means the reward has been returned. Hopefully, you will have better luck with future surveys and offers!
