To get your TXID all you need to do is go to https://blockchair.com/ In the search window paste your LTC address, and search, go back to TimeBucks and note your payment amount, go to https://www.coinbase.com/converter/ltc/usd put in your total amount, note the LTC conversion, back to blockchair.com, you will see in transaction history a value closely matching the converted total, the Transaction Hash is directly under it. You do not need to contact support to get this, you have full access to it.
